**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Design Consultant to join our Project Delivery Consulting Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end projects across various industries, focusing on initiatives that optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop project proposals and project plans
- Project Management and strategic project direction
- Build business solutions to improve business performance
- Analyze data and perform statistical analysis
- Design, build, and deliver presentations
- Related projects/work as assigned
**Requirements**
- University Education (Bachelor of Commerce, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related degree)
- 2+ years of consulting or relevant experience
- Exceptional communication skills in English and French, both verbal and written
- Prior experience managing projects end-to-end
- Prior experience with Microsoft environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio or equivalent
