Corporate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Director to join our team at Authentic Concierge and Security Services Inc. as a Corporate Controller.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a professional image.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Event Management: Manage events, ensuring seamless execution and positive outcomes.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and driving employee growth and development.
- Supervision: Manage a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Personal Qualities: Possess accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, sound judgement, and a high level of organization.
- Experience: Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success and a strong understanding of business operations.
- Work Schedule: Work 37.5 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
