Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our office administration team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with fellow office administrators to maintain a professional and respectful work environment.
- Perform data entry tasks with a speed of 50 words per minute or more.
- Handle customer inquiries with a friendly and patient demeanor over the phone.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining a confident and professional approach when dealing with customers.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in using phone, fax, email, and internet browsing.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with Mac computers is preferred.
Employment Details
This is a full-time position, requiring approximately 40 hours of work per week, with a 9-month employment term and the possibility of extension. Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour.
