About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Department - General Construction at Groupe SM Tardif. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and develop departmental budgets and performance indicators to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in construction management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
