Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate department activities to achieve sales and profitability targets set by management, while adhering to collective agreements.
- Ensure the store is prepared to receive customers in terms of product quantity, labeling, perishable product rotation, and missing product orders.
- Organize work for the team based on operational needs.
- Ensure the application of in-store marketing and place orders for the department.
- Verify and control inventory.
- Apply food safety and sanitation standards in the sales area, as well as company policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a retail environment in the relevant department.
- Experience in management is an asset.
