Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, and implement controls to prevent errors and irregularities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • Professional designation (CPA/ master degree in Finance/ business school)
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in reporting in a multi-divisional organization, preferably with experience in the construction industry
  • Previous experience with SAP ERP (kheops/E Cube) would be highly appreciated
  • Adeptness in building and implementing reporting systems to meet reporting requirements
  • The ability to assimilate the culture of the business quickly and work effectively in an environment that will require adaptation and change to meet new reporting requirements
  • Desire to work with a team to make system improvements
  • Strong MS Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables etc.)
  • French language skills would be an asset, but not required
