Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Regional IoT Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to our Telematics Sales team, which focuses on developing and manufacturing user-friendly GPS tracking devices aimed at optimizing fleet management across various industries, including logistics, agriculture, car sharing, and construction. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we are setting new benchmarks in the telematics field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis, generate leads, and foster relationships by organizing a daily schedule to reach out to potential clients.
  • Engage with new prospects through regular cold calling, email outreach, and effective communication.
  • Organize and conduct presentation meetings with potential clients to showcase our innovative solutions.
  • Draft commercial proposals and manage contracts to meet designated sales targets.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients through consistent communication and regular visits.
  • Represent Teltonika and its offerings at exhibitions and meetings.
  • Utilize our proprietary CRM system to document accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities following best practices.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in the North American market.
  • Results-driven and motivated by challenges.
  • Highly self-motivated with exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong understanding of customer relations and a keen desire to excel in B2B sales.
  • Ambitious to generate substantial earnings by expanding local B2B opportunities with innovative products.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
