Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Wireless Country. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring that our retail store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Sales Floor Management: Establish work schedules, assign sales workers to duties, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail
As a Sales Supervisor at Wireless Country, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, sales staff, and management. You will be required to work a 35-hour week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
