About the Role

As a Senior R&O Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10 engineers who specialize in the maintenance of aero-derivative gas turbines. Your primary objective will be to manage all activities within the team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate team activities to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize turbine performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in R&O engineering, preferably in the gas turbine industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical expertise in gas turbine maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
