En tant que Leader d'Équipe de Production chez Surgmed, vous dirigerez une équipe d'ouvriers de production qui fabriquent et assemblent des produits en biens finis dans une nouvelle installation de production.

- As a Production Team Lead at Surgmed, you will manufacture and assemble products into finished goods in a newly built production facility. _

**Ce dont vous serez responsable**:

- Faire fonctionner l'équipement de production.
- Adhérer aux procédures opératoires standard quotidiennes de production.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre - surfaces et étagères propres et bien approvisionnées.
- Compréhension de base des responsabilités d'expédition.
- Responsable du flux des matériaux, y compris l'inspection de la zone de production.
- Contrôle qualité des produits en cours et finis.
- Veiller à ce que les protocoles appropriés de salle propre et de sol de production soient respectés lors de l'entrée ou de la sortie.
- Former et encadrer les nouveaux employés / employés existants sur les meilleures pratiques.
- Surveiller la performance de l'équipe, former et communiquer les observations et les préoccupations au superviseur.
- Fournir des retours constructifs aux employés de production pour l'efficacité du travail.
- Surveiller l'ensemble de l'opération en l'absence du superviseur de production.
- Communiquer régulièrement avec le superviseur au sujet des besoins en personnel et de la performance.
- Offrir un soutien général au superviseur de production en cas de besoin.
- Construire et maintenir un environnement de travail positif et collaboratif.
- **What You’ll Be Responsible For**:_
- Operate production equipment.
- Adhere to daily production Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain a clean work environment—surfaces and shelves clean and stocked properly.
- Basic understanding of Shipping Responsibilities.
- Responsible for flow of materials, including inspection of the production area.
- Quality control of in-process and finished goods.
- Monitor the proper cleaner room and production floor protocols are followed when entering or exiting.
- Train & Mentor new/existing employees on best practices.
- Monitor team performance, train, and communicate observations & concerns to the supervisor.
- Provide constructive feedback to production employees for work efficiency.
- Monitor complete operation in the absence of the production supervisor.
- Communicate regularly with the supervisor about staffing needs & performance.
- Offer general support to the Production Supervisor when needed.
- Building and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
