Position Overview:
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Luxury Residences Operations Manager to oversee the management of our prestigious East Tower Luxury Private Residences at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. In this role, you will ensure that our residents receive exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the East Tower Luxury Private Residences
- Formulate and enforce operational policies and procedures
- Prepare materials for Board Meetings and facilitate discussions
- Analyze financial statements and maintain budgetary compliance
- Supervise building maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members
- Address resident inquiries and foster a welcoming community atmosphere
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or real estate management
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in property management
- Proficient understanding of financial accounting and reporting
- Experience in facility maintenance and management
