Luxury Lease-up Community Manager

Samazon Staffing is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to oversee the lease enforcement process for a midrise, luxury lease-up in a prime location.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new construction, highrise, and luxury property management, with a proven track record of promoting resident satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include:

  • Approving prospective resident applications, renewal leases, and conducting periodic apartment inspections
  • Promoting resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the property's maintenance team members comply with Hines' standards with respect to responding and completing resident service requests
  • Conducting regular property inspections and taking appropriate actions to ensure the property meets established standards for safety, cleanliness, and general appearance
  • Assisting in managing the client/owner relationship by meeting with owners, conducting property tours, and providing updates and information about the property's performance

Requirements include:

  • Two or more years' experience as a Community Manager, preferably in new construction/highrise/luxury
  • College degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Entrada experience a plus
  • Strong Customer Service background or skillset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
