About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Performance Manager to join our team at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and tracking performance of our Finance strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, monitor, and track key governance and control processes aligned to business enterprise frameworks and requirements.
  • Provide support and oversight for various initiatives, strategic programs, process controls, and business solutions.
  • Manage work activities within a hybrid work arrangement, with flexibility to spend 1-3 days per week on-site and other days remote.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal direction while keeping the team informed of potential problems and/or sensitive issues.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvements and management.
