Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at Sushi J. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes to meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new sushi menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to maintain the highest levels of food safety and quality control.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to our strict health and safety standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills: Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills
As a Sushi Chef at Sushi J, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
