Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Channel Sales team in Canada. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of Regional Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage a team of Regional Sales Managers to achieve sales targets
  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
  • Proactively monitor and improve sales process quality and consistency
  • Implement enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams
  • Coordinate training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel
  • Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of HVAC and/or Building Automation System channel experience in sales or sales management
  • Minimum 5 years in a sales operations, business planning, or sales support management role
  • Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives
  • Proficient in English communication skills, bilingualism (French) is an asset
  • Personal computer proficiency
