Lead Financial Strategist - DECIEM

DECIEM is on the lookout for a Lead Financial Strategist to enhance their vibrant Finance team in a full-time and permanent capacity. This role will be part of a hybrid working environment, promoting flexibility with a combination of in-office and remote work. The Lead Financial Strategist will oversee all aspects of retail operations, encompassing freestanding stores and counters on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and sustain profit and loss reports for retail locations
  • Conduct scenario analysis for potential new retail opportunities
  • Partner with the OPEX team for expense tracking and reporting
  • Evaluate business performance and deliver insights to the Retail division
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts
  • Perform variance analysis and reconciliation tasks
  • Compile monthly financial reports

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst capacity
  • Experience in a Direct-to-Consumer environment is advantageous
  • Excellent collaboration skills in a global context
  • Relevant academic background in Finance & Accounting or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
