Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct socially oriented activities in accordance with established techniques and protocols.
  • Provide education and support to clients on various social and health-related topics.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Diploma of college studies in Social Work Techniques or Social Assistance Techniques, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of public and community health prevention and promotion approaches, methods, and issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English; fluency in Cree or French is an asset.
