Job Title: Bilingual Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Services Coordinator to join our team at Nexus Immigration & Recruitment. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and staff.

Job Summary:

The Bilingual Services Coordinator will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff. You will also be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, performing data entry, and overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff and coordinate and plan office services
  • Perform data entry and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Provide exceptional support to clients and staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a consulting firm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
