Job Title: Bilingual Services Coordinator

Nexus Immigration & Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and office coordination
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role or industry
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
