About the Role

Gestisoft is seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant Leader to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions for our manufacturing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions for manufacturing clients
  • Develop and implement business strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing ERP implementations
  • Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central from a manufacturing/operation perspective
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
