Technical Consultant and ERP Implementation Leader

As a Technical Consultant and ERP Implementation Leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the entire lifecycle of manufacturing ERP implementations. Your expertise will be essential in understanding client needs, developing customized solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition to their new systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough analyses of client requirements and establishing clear ERP implementation objectives.
  • Overseeing the implementation phases: analysis, design, validation, deployment, and go-live.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, with a focus on maintaining a cost of quality (COQ) not exceeding 4%.
  • Managing client expectations, deliverables, and the scope of projects while facilitating change processes.
  • Collaborating with implementation team members to optimize resource utilization, ensuring that your billable time does not exceed 30% on typical projects.
  • Securing client reference letters and successfully closing projects.
  • Providing ongoing support for user acceptance testing and guiding clients through the go-live phase.
  • Delivering high-quality services while identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Offering technical expertise to the consulting team, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, priorities, and business goals.
  • Mentoring and fostering the growth of fellow team members.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • In-depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, particularly from a manufacturing and operations perspective.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing ERP implementations.
