Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a business partner to customer accounts, providing menu solutions and promoting new products and trends.
  • Review territory reports to evaluate progress and sales volume, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Liaise with your District Sales Manager to ensure consistency of customer contracts and opportunities to increase business through selling to contract.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in food services sales and management.
  • Proven skills in negotiation and sales.
  • The ability to take initiative and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Collaborative and dynamic skills to work effectively in a team environment.
