Program Manager Job Description

At AV Gauge Automation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, controls, and manufacturing teams to ensure project timelines, quality, and cost are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop solutions to address them.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as a customer agent, ensuring that customer requirements are met and that equipment is properly handled and installed.
  • Work with other department managers to monitor expenses and identify areas for cost savings.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects with budgets of $1-5M.
  • Experience with MS Project and other project management tools.
  • PMP certification is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

The Program Manager will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with prolonged periods of standing and sitting. The ability to lift 25 lbs is also required.
