Principales Missions :
  • Élaborer et exécuter des stratégies marketing globales visant à accroître la visibilité de la marque et à dynamiser les ventes.
  • Superviser les initiatives marketing, y compris les campagnes publicitaires, les promotions et les événements.
  • Évaluer les tendances du marché et les résultats des campagnes pour ajuster les stratégies en conséquence.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales, produit et service client pour garantir une cohérence dans la communication et les actions marketing.
  • Gérer le budget marketing en veillant à ce que toutes les initiatives respectent les contraintes financières.
  • Encadrer et développer l'équipe marketing pour atteindre les objectifs fixés par l'entreprise.

Profil Recherché :
  • Expérience avérée en tant que Responsable Marketing dans le secteur de la distribution.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en gestion de projet.
  • Capacité à analyser les données et à en tirer des conclusions pour optimiser les performances des campagnes.
  • Créativité alliée à une forte orientation stratégique.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression tout en respectant les délais.
  • Diplôme en marketing, communication ou domaine connexe.

Exigences :
Diplôme Bac+4/5 en commerce, avec une expérience solide de plus de 12 ans, idéalement dans la distribution moderne, dont 5 ans en gestion d'équipe. Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership. Capacité démontrée à atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente. Compétences organisationnelles solides et aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément. Sens aigu du service client et capacité à résoudre efficacement les problèmes.
