We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Bath & Body Works in Upper Canada Mall. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fragrances, skincare, and home fragrance products
- Meet sales goals, including sales targets and customer engagement metrics
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and backroom
- Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures
- Work collaboratively with other sales associates, management, and support staff to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
