About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting our financial advisors in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support financial advisors in developing and implementing client relationships, including identifying opportunities to deepen and broaden client relationships.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of financial services and markets, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with the branch team to achieve business objectives, including contributing to the annual business planning process and driving marketing activities.
