About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Branch Office Administrator. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting our financial advisors in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
  • Assist financial advisors in developing and implementing client plans, including identifying opportunities to create efficiency and deepen client relationships
  • Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Stay up-to-date with current and new office technology, and provide training and support to colleagues as needed
  • Participate in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
