Drive Sales Growth in the Food Service Industry with Ecolab

Within Ecolab Canada's Quick Service Restaurant division, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Manager. This role will focus on building relationships with new clients and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.

As a key member of our team, you will leverage your consultative sales skills to understand customer challenges and present Ecolab's advanced cleaning and sanitation programs as the ideal solution. Your expertise in food safety and industry best practices will be instrumental in driving positive guest experiences and creating safer, healthier environments for restaurants.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting new accounts within your designated territory.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer requirements and propose customized solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on food safety protocols and industry trends.
