Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for leading our organization and implementing our strategic plans. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a management role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business software
