We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Property Tax team at Cari. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in the growth and leadership of our property tax team, collaborating with clients across various industries and working closely with team members across the country and in the US.
Key Responsibilities- Lead property tax engagements with clients, providing exceptional client value as a trusted business advisor.
- Work with team members across the country and in the US to build and grow the property tax team in Canada.
- Collaborate with other service lines in Canada, including tax, audit, financial advisory, and consulting, to assist clients with Canadian property tax matters.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- College or University degree or 10+ years of property tax consulting experience.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience in the area of property tax consulting.
- Preference given to Accredited or Candidate member of Appraisal Institute of Canada, or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
- Proven ability to deliver all services related to the lifecycle of property assessment consulting and appeal services.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client service and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with desire to build new business and operational efficiency.
- Strong teamwork and independent work skills.
- Self-motivated and deadline driven.
