Position Overview

Qualifications

Budgetary Responsibility

Responsible for managing a budget of $0 - $100,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define service offerings and establish operational protocols.
  • Manage financial records, including cash balancing and reporting.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Analyze costs associated with products and services.
  • Maintain and organize inventory effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for food and other necessary provisions.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and their execution.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
Supervisory Role

Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.
