Position Overview

The Assistant Manager at Caterina Restaurant Corp plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations within our dining establishment. This position requires a blend of leadership, customer service, and operational management skills.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Financial Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing a budget ranging from $0 to $100,000.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement the types of services offered while establishing operational procedures.
  • Manage cash flow and complete necessary financial documentation including balance sheets and cash reports.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Analyze costs associated with products and services.
  • Oversee inventory organization and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
Supervisory Duties
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Work Environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working under pressure and managing repetitive tasks.

Experience Requirements
  • 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • This is a permanent position.
