Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Oversee and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Staff Management

Recruit, hire, and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles to deliver exceptional customer service.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Reporting and Record Keeping

Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role

Language

English

Work Hours

40 hours per week
