We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Saboten Brentwood Restaurant Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring that all food and beverage products meet our quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and check assembly of trays, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Recruitment: Hire food service staff and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, maintain a high level of energy, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Language: English.
