Key Responsibilities:
# Support the Vice-President of Corporate Finance in the preparation of annual and quarterly financial forecasts;
# Oversee the development of the annual budget and rolling forecasts in collaboration with finance teams, departmental leaders, regional heads, and executives;
# Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management, delivering financial guidance and insights that facilitate informed decision-making, balancing accuracy with timely analysis;
# Create and present high-quality presentations that highlight financial insights and strategic recommendations;
# Identify potential business risks and opportunities, while monitoring key performance indicators;
# Design and enhance dashboards in Workday and conduct scenario modeling to support business expansion and client acquisition;
# Contribute to significant automation initiatives, including the implementation of accounting software systems (Workday and Workday Adaptive), integration of financial systems with essential operational systems, and the use of centralized data management solutions (Snowflake).

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline;
• MBA or relevant professional certification;
• Over 10 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software;
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English;
• Strong awareness of commercial and internal customer needs.
