Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Cell Universe Ltd. as a User Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and technical procedures.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
  • Technical Support
    • Provide expert technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software applications, and other technical issues.
    • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Customer Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to users, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide clear and concise explanations of technical information to users.
  • Problem-Solving and Documentation
    • Collect, organize, and maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
    • Develop and implement effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Business Systems and Network Support
    • Provide support for business systems, networks, and Internet connectivity.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of technical systems.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
    • Permanent employment.
    • English language proficiency.
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
