Position Overview:

As an integral part of our dynamic establishment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will collaborate closely with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Your involvement will span various facets of the restaurant, making you a standout contributor to our success. You will master our esteemed systems and procedures while providing enthusiastic and professional leadership each day, all while fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, cultivating a culture centered around the appreciation of food and wine.
  • Work alongside the management team to oversee recruitment, training, coaching, payroll, invoicing, ordering, inventory management, scheduling, and overall restaurant productivity.
  • Build and nurture relationships with guests, vendors, team members, and senior management.
  • Effectively communicate the restaurant's vision to all staff members.
  • Exhibit pride in your workplace, demonstrating high standards of integrity and business ethics while promoting the venue.
  • Contribute as a team player by assisting with additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven supervisory or management experience within the restaurant industry.
  • Possession or pursuit of WSET certifications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at managing a diverse workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • A desire to grow professionally and take advantage of educational opportunities offered.
