Job Description

The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in conjunction with the Store Manager. Our top priority is delivering a Best in Class Linen Chest experience on every visit while achieving corporate goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Daily presence on the sales floor, actively selling to achieve targets
    • Associate coaching and development
    • Recruitment and training
    • Validating and maintaining store standards
    • Executing operational and merchandising directives
    • Scheduling and payroll responsibilities
    • Ensuring a dynamic, inclusive, and safe work environment

In the absence of the manager, the Assistant Manager assumes full responsibility for the store.
