Job Description

The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of a best-in-class customer experience, and achieving corporate goals.

  • Lead by example on the sales floor, actively selling to achieve targets and driving sales growth
  • Coach and develop associates to achieve their full potential
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Maintain store standards and execute operational and merchandising directives
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and ensure a dynamic, inclusive, and safe work environment

In the absence of the manager, the Assistant Manager assumes full responsibility for the store.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail management position
  • Strong business acumen, including KPI analysis and creating action plans
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Dynamic personality with strong team building skills
