Position Overview

As a Logistics Coordinator at Superfresh Logistics Network Inc, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a related field
Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and process orders and directives from clients
  • Formulate specific strategies to prioritize tasks
  • Organize and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Monitor and finalize work orders
  • Coordinate activities with other departments
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Address operational challenges, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements for productivity and quality
  • Collaborate with warehouse and production teams
  • Prepare detailed worksheets and order specifications
  • Maintain progress reports and other documentation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee, assign, and evaluate work
  • Dispatch personnel during emergencies
  • Follow up on work order issues
  • Track and manage shipments
  • Understand cross-border dispatch regulations and practices
  • Knowledge of highway trucking rules and regulations
  • Process and relay information to coordinate vehicle operators and crews
  • Schedule assignments and manage activities of vehicle operators and equipment
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in dispatch management software
  • Experienced with monitoring and tracking systems
  • Familiar with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
  • Skilled in MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows
Service Experience

Experience in the trucking industry is essential.
