Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Pick Quick Retail Inc is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our retail store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequately stocked and that merchandise is rotated regularly.
  • Manage cash handling and reconcile daily sales and cash reports.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure that our store remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales or management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Outlook.
