About the Role

Behaviour Interactive is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Communications to join our Corporate business unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Key Messages: Collaborate with senior leaders to create and communicate key messages that align with our company's vision and goals.
  • Establish a Consistent Brand Voice: Create and maintain a consistent corporate brand voice across all internal and external communication channels.
  • Lead Strategic Communication Plans: Develop and execute strategic communication plans that elevate our company's brand and reputation.
  • Collaborate on High-Impact Projects: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement projects that drive employee mobilization and engagement.
  • Manage Budget and Resources: Oversee budget and resources for various philanthropic projects.
  • Provide Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage the communications team, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay informed about best practices in communications and employer branding, and remain current with industry news.
Requirements
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
  • Collaboration and Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Education and Experience: University degree in communication studies, public relations, marketing, or a related field, with more than 15 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Communication Expertise: Thorough understanding of communication policies, practices, and strategic principles.
  • Inspirational Leadership: Inspirational leadership and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strategic Vision and Results-Driven Approach: Strategic vision, political awareness, results-driven approach, and a particular emphasis on customer satisfaction.
