Supermarket Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Department Supervisor to join our team at Maxi. As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a supermarket department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Department Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of department staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that the department is adequately stocked and that stock levels are optimized.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Financial Management: Manage department budgets, including tracking expenses and revenues, to ensure that the department is operating within budget.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the department is maintained in a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in French is required for this role.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
