Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Mineral Medix Solutions/Equine One. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistical aspects of our business, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of our supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement effective logistics plans to prioritize tasks, manage inventory, and optimize supply chain operations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and improve supply chain processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless communication and execution of logistics operations.
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve logistical issues, including transportation delays, inventory discrepancies, and other supply chain challenges.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and database software.
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be willing to relocate for this position and have a valid driver's license.
