About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at OTSFF Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and manage the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe working practices.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse operations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on inventory management, supply chain coordination, and warehouse operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Inventory control software
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
