Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our asset management and road maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Compliance: Collaborate with the Contract Manager to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including quality, safety, environmental aspects, and cost control.
- Asset Management: Develop and implement asset management programs, including maintenance and repair schedules, to ensure the optimal performance of our assets.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our road maintenance contracts, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, including operational performance metrics, safety statistics, and financial data.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the success of the team.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in operations management, asset management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in contract compliance, team leadership, and process improvement.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Operations Manager will work in a variety of environments, including office and field settings, with some travel requirements. The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
