LPN Travel Assignment

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a beautiful Long-Term Care/Assisted Living Facility in a picturesque location. As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to residents.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive assessments to identify residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Supervise and direct care staff to ensure residents receive high-quality care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care and services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and experience in dementia care (an asset).
- A competitive hourly rate of $44.00.
- Travel allowance and accommodation.
- Weekly allowance.
- Extended benefits for contracts of 6 months or more.
