Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Aberfoyle Esso. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store, including managing sales floor staff, maintaining inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Sales Floor Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, including assigning duties, providing training and coaching, and evaluating performance.
- Maintain Inventory Levels: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, including organizing and maintaining inventory, and resolving issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
