NDAX Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Institutional Sales and Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the institutional market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and revenue.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of success in the institutional market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, and to apply this knowledge to inform sales strategies and business development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
