Telecommunications and Operational Infrastructures Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Department Manager – Telecommunications and Operational Infrastructures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the department's human, financial, and material resources, as well as ensuring the successful execution of activities aligned with our business plan and operational efficiency targets.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate consulting and engineering services for network architecture, IT/OT solutions development, IT/OT infrastructure, server rooms, and operations rooms.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance department members' technical skills and actively participate in recruiting and hiring qualified personnel.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships and prepare competitive proposals.
- Contribute to projects in your field of expertise as a technical contributor or project manager.
- Monitor and assess employees under your supervision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to increase department efficiency and quality and ensure a structured approach to project delivery.
- At least 10 years of experience in telecommunications or operational system architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in computer or electrical engineering with a specialization in telecommunications and networking, or any combination of education and experience relevant to the position.
- Knowledge of best practices in IT/OT infrastructure design, as well as cybersecurity standards and best practices.
- Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written.
